Go Down Under at COAST Restaurant November 14 - 25

As Vancouver prepares for winter months, Australia is welcoming the summer. From November 14 - 25 let the team at COAST bring the warm weather to your table with a delicious Australian menu.

"We've sourced a selection of Australian favorites," says Executive Chef Josh Wolfe. "Seafood plays a huge part in both Australian and West Coast cuisine, but this menu gives guests a chance to try new and exotic items that aren't widely available in Canada."

Tempt your taste buds with appetizers like the seedling crusted Tasmanian Oysters or the BBQ Rock Lobster salad. For entrees, choose between two fish dishes: the seared Sydney Rock Barramundi, or the poached John Dory, which are both native to Australian waters.

For dessert, COAST has created a unique Pavlova infused with Wattle Seed, which is indigenous to Australia and is used to give foods a nutty or coffee-like flavour.
